Return & Refund Policy

At LAZY99 SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for most items. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless required by law or covered under a manufacturer warranty.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received;
- In original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and free gifts included;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt);
- Not listed as non-returnable (see Section 5 below).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in unacceptable condition.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@lazy99.shop or +85250609060 with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions, including the return shipping address if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it within 7 days of receiving authorization.
- Provide tracking information upon request.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or be refused.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
- Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or required by law:
- Downloadable software, digital products, or gift cards;
- Personal care items, hygiene products, or opened consumables;
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products;
- Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable at purchase;
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition, missing parts, or showing signs of use.
- Exchanges may be offered for the same product (different variant) subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again;
- Contact your card issuer or bank—processing times vary;
- If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@lazy99.shop.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy upon delivery.
